Our future is being dictated by the mistakes of the present: global warming, resource overconsumption, and loss of biodiversity. It is sometimes hard to conceive of a positive future where these problems are resolved. This inhibits our ability to imagine solutions to these problems. 'Galactic Final Memory' explores one possible future, encouraging viewers to develop a "future consciousness" capable of integrating the knowledge of the very real problems in the present with the belief and hope that a better world is possible in the future.
