In response to rapid population growth, Marianne Glinka has analysed the connection between the tangible and intangible share economy. This design is a redevelopment of Guo Tai Square in Chongqing, China. Marianne has designed a public space that allows residential, work and leisure environments to come together in a multi-use complex leading to establish an innovative, inclusive and sustainable community.
