Full Circle - Sustainable 3D Printed Textiles
'Full Circle Textiles' aims to educate and inspire the ethical and sustainable use of materials in the rapidly developing 3D printing industry, highlighting the positive effects these consumer choices can have on our environment, particularly our fragile reefs. Camilla Bracey has designed and constructed a chain-mail-style bag, 3D printed with high-quality recycled filament, i.e. melted-down plastic that would otherwise reside in our oceans. The 'Full Circle Bag' serves as a reminder that each of our consumer choices has an impact on our planet. Camilla has accompanied her product with an educational website that explains the problems our ocean confronts, and how reducing and recycling our waste can have a huge impact on the fate of our oceans. http://fullcircletextiles.businesscatalyst.com/
