The great effect climate change is having on our planet is increasing the need to act sustainably. Food production, and subsequently our food waste, is a major contributor of greenhouse gases which lead to climate change. This project aims to highlight the impact our food habits have on the environment, and encourage and inspire individuals to waste less food and eat sustainably. This hanging garden was inspired by the delicate balance that is our environment and food system. It aims to highlight the importance of respecting and nurturing our environment in order to preserve this delicate balance.
