During July 2016 Alexander was a participant in mad.Lab, a three-week intensive course in Chongqing, China dealing with urban issues and speculative futures. For the closing exhibition, Alexander collaborated with art theory student Emma Size to produce 10 posters that linked a number of projects based around the Hoi Tak Hotel via their recurring themes.
