Mother's Milk
'The True Anatomy Project' is a collection of 3D sculptures and dynamic animations where a surreal design is derived from women's responses towards their bodies. The works are a rebel cry against the monotonous barrage of stock standard, Barbie-like female bodies constantly represented in commercial CG. The works visualise, not the "real" anatomy of the female body, but rather the "true" anatomy; not just what the body looks like, but how it makes women feel. This project's goal is to broaden the diversity and creativity in the imaging of women in CGI. 'Mother's Milk' is inspired by the following submission: "My body is creative. It grew two babies at once. My two hands patted them to sleep together and my two boobs fed them at the same time" - Anonymous, April 2016
